PSA JB4 install on 6MT

I have noticed a lot of 6MT owners installing the JB4 through the usual drivers side firewall approach. Thought everyone should know that the OBD connector for the JB4 comes with plenty of cable to install the JB4 in the passenger side of the car penetrating the firewall through the plastic/rubber bung on the passenger side. This lets you avoid the cramped drivers side on the 6MT cars and then you just run the OBD connector behind the dash to the appropriate location.

Did you punch through the foam inside or somehow reroute around it?

Punched through. It was really easy to penetrate with a fishing tool.
