I'm going to keep giving @nibble crap until the sun burns out for saying Palmer is an "easy" track because the blind corners make it "dishonest", all the while he is like 20secs slower a lap than us on it.

I think I use about 3 gallons or so a session at Lime Rock doing about 7-10 laps. Obviously not going out a whole 20 min session. It's a 1.5 mile course so let's say 7 laps x 1.5 = 10.5 miles. 10.5 divided by 3 is 3.5. So a whole 3.5 mpg.

Once I wrap up my track season in October, Santa is going to come a little early with a good chair and a Fanatec. I already have a PS5, and a VR2.

I'm not sure.. but I believe you only need to go through check ride where comp license requires training. you can find more information in below link.
