Quick Jacks my man, Quick Jacks. I can't even count how many times I've had my car in the air this summer, and being in my mid-40s with a bad back from the Army these things are a God send.
quickjack.
Quickjacks are literally the best car-related purchase I have ever made.

I bought a set from costco, the TL5000 variant and used it for my GR86. For some reason they felt like it was a lot of work to do so ended up returning them. Like leaving them all connected with the hoses and pump just is uber clutter on the floor. Disconnecting the hoses and putting eeverything away every time I wanna use it...not ideal.

They also felt really heavy to me and were hard to place and align as the GR86 lift points were pinch weld.

I dunno, how do you guys use them? Do you leave them out there? Do you drive over the hoses? Do you leave them seperated on the sides, pull the car in and then slide them under the car? Do you put them away after each use, hang em on the wall or something?

Is this the front side ducts that have 2 sections one for wheel well/ brakes and other for side radiator. I am having oil temp issues getting to 150c and then it shuts down power /boost. So am interested in this. Can you add where you got this one. Thanks.

All the clamping ā€œtabsā€ all broke off the arm.

Seen this happen before, can’t beat the tried and true jam nut style locking.
Ok thanks. Not good I will watch these even closer now. Will see if I get any response out if spl as well.

Then you would absolutely loathe my MaxxJaxx. To move it: I dry break the lines, take the pump outside, then unbolt one or both upright.
Worth it, IMO to get a car high enough that I can get under with a roller chair.

Dude, that’d be soooooooo me ? Yikes ? I’d rather spend more money on a permanent solution. Unless my wife can do it. Sadly, she’s more willing to get her hands dirty than me. Or she’d tell me to clean that ? up after each lift. Oh hell no….

Iā€˜ve seen ads where you can stack your cars. Assuming that’s a lift as well? I’d be interested in one of those. Until then, my mechanic buddy is fantastic. Let’s me sit there with him while we go over the bolts, mark them, look for anything unusual. I drive in and it jacks up high in the sky. He also has a phone in the shop where we can call SPL on the fly ? - Damn I’ll be checking those bolts more often now. Good find Bryan!

Problem with the stackers is they are not ideal for working on your car. You can get underneath obviously, but all the wheels are sitting on the lift and no easy way to work on brakes and consumables. .02

No, it feeds the center radiator stack.

So do you think this would help with high oil temps. I already have hood vents all cfs radiators etc who makes this.

How high we talking? Most of the CSF stuff is worse than stock.

This is a factory GT4 part, not sure how he got it. Not for sale.

VERY interested in hearing where you got this! Before you install it would you be able to photoscan/3d scan it? I could print replicas and such.

work such as bleeding brake fluid would have been hard for me if I didn't have it. however, I do have another jack for something really quick and don't need to jack up all 4 corner. anything 2 or more, i use QJ.

GT4 does have much larger side ducts for the auxiliary radiators, but this one is the center duct. Allows more airflow to the heat exchanger and main radiator.

If you have oil cooling issues, give me some time... I’m waiting on drawings of the GT4 oil cooler adapter. However you would need to come up with the oil cooler location/mounting yourself since the GT4 mounts the coolers in the rear of the car, above the under panels where the factory gas tank sits on a road car.

To all that is wondering how was I able to order GT4 replacement parts… Iā€˜ve been in the motorsport industry for quite sometime, I was able to get a source through one of my contacts in the industry.
