Re unlock dme after update?

I had sent my dme to femto last year but recently I had to go to the dealership to recalibrate the steering rack due to all the codes my car was throwing. Do I need to resend my dme to femto?

If they updated the ISTA/firmware, yes its going back to femto.
If they just performed the steering rack recalibration service function, no, the unlock/tune is untouched.

There is no other way unless you get it unlocked or cloned.
