~ The Z16 seemed to be the best option for me ... for normal driving, low dust, noise free and gentle on the rotor. Zero complaints.Cool thx. Reason why you chose the z16 over z23 or z26?

~ Well after seeing the differences in material compounds & dust reduction ... I elected to switch from the Z16 (low dust) to the Z26 (near zero dust) pads.Cool thx. Reason why you chose the z16 over z23 or z26?
Any feedback on the Z26 yet?~ Well after seeing the differences in material compounds & dust reduction ... I elected to switch from the Z16 (low dust) to the Z26 (near zero dust) pads.
I installed the front ones tonight and will report back once I put some miles on them. Awaiting the matching rears to arrive.
I’ve added some pics of the new pads installed & the prior installed Z16 along side of the new Z26 extreme pads.
Any feedback on the Z26 yet?
Same hereThat's what I put on mine. No complaints.
~ Zero complaints...Any feedback on the Z26 yet?
Can you give a quick summary of the dust produced from all 3? For example stock being 100% dust then the Z16 reduced dust by 50% and the Z26 reduced dust by 75%.~ Zero complaints...
Performing perfectly with very very light dust (mostly road dust against the black wheels).
Producing less dust than the Z16 pads. No noise or reduced braking.

I’m trying to gauge if switching from Z16 to Z26 is worth it.
Perfect, thanks for the feedback. If dust is negligible between the two I will stay with the Z16 pads for now. ??~ Great question.
I feel the stock pads were very dusty after a short period of driving. Something I refuse to deal with on a daily basis.
The reduction in brake dust is indeed apparent with the change of pads. However, I’m on the fence with the comparisons between the Powerstop Z16 and Z26 compounds. Since I have used both on my Supra ... I was expecting to see a distinctive difference between the two types and I’m not sure I’m seeing this with city driving.
The other challenge is ... the wheels are black in color and it’s tough to determine if it’s road dust or brake dust that’s accumulating.
I’d like to call the manufacturer and ask a few questions regarding the compound differences in real brake dust reduction.
