Rear camber arms? Should I?

2026 Supra with Swift lowering springs. They got front to -2.1 camber which for me is perfect. 99% street driven, might do a couple track days. Best they could get in the rear was -1.9. I was hoping for closer to -1.2 for better forward traction. I am debating buying aftermarket rear camber arms and paying for another alignment to get closer to -1.1 or -1.2 rear camber. My worry is that it won't make enough difference to make it worth it. Any thoughts?

I'm not familiar with how lowering springs are going to mess with geometry but I think most people would tell you to leave the rear alone and get camber plates for the fronts instead and go to -3 to -3.5*. -1.9* sounds perfect already for the rear.

At minimum no I don't think spending another $849+alignment for the rear would be worth it.

It sounds like he wants less camber for more straight line contact patch, which makes sense if he does a lot of drag racing. Concur on needing upper arms to get close to -1 (or 0), especially with a lowered car.


It makes a huge difference on the drag strip, but likely won't for your street experience. If you do any type of turning events at all, better off just leaving it alone.
