I actually checked this website soon after coming across this thread, I wouldn’t want a complete one though. I’m more interested in picking off some parts from them lol
You’ll have to track what part shop buys and strips the entire car. I’ve seen some online. I was just looking for ecus at the time but I’m sure the big boys have bought all of them by now

So I just looked at every pic up to this point. It appears we have a safe car when crashed as the structural integrity of the cabin seems to hold up pretty well (assuming the car is not totally destroyed ala VINs ending in 3710 and 4203). The most significant intrusions into the cabin(from what I can tell) seem to be in VINs ending 8425 (roof) and 6248 (passenger side). These pics are a good reminder for us to remain hyper aware of who is around us and how we are driving. My favorite quote was a previous poster who said something like it's not worth toasting a minivan and flexing crappy driving skills. I showed these pics to my teen driver as a reminder.

I’ve seen one for sale on a used oem supra part site and it was 1200. I imagine Visconti and Jesse are buying them for less

Lots of other potential donors available. As long as you're cloning the entire firmware, doesn't matter what it was in originally - as long as it is the same major hardware revision. So M40i versions of other BMWs from past 4-5 years should also work, I think.

We probably shouldn't muddy up this thread too much, but my ECU is from an X5. cc @Mason
