there's a delay when you hit the limiter. I didn't have any issues upshifting between 5-6k.

I also experience an intermittent shift delay on 1-2 shift (*update 2-3 shift as well). Doesn't matter if it's auto or manual mode. RPM's aren't always near redline either. Does it in Sport and Sport + mode. Again, It is for the most part inconsistent and intermittent. Sometimes it shifts like an F1 car through all the gears. I do notice it ALWAYS does it when I give it the beans going up the same up hill incline on my commute. Maybe it's load related.
