SPEAKERS BLOWN @ 3K Miles

Merry christmas, mine isn’t going so well..

I bought my supra and it always makes this sound around the 3.5k RPM range, is this a blown infotainment speaker? It constantly does this whenever i’m in that range, yes I can stay out of it, but I need a permanent fix….

Please help me out and watch the video

Do you think this is warrantable because I bought Toyota VSA just for this…..

I'm sure that is warrantyable - you could try deactivating the Active Engine Noise sound.

I’m kinda weird and I like the fake engine noise ….. but my car is completely stock, nothing done to it. I was okay with this noise at first but now everytime i do a pull it just makes this buzz no matter what as a long as I pass that 3.5k range. Hope you’re have a great christmas!!!

I’ve seen another Supra with this issue. It ended up being the Harman amplifier was bad. Have the dealership start there.

thank you, this really helps. I hope this is under warranty cause if not then i just bought warranty for no reason....
