I'd ask those questions once the full specs are officially out. I'm way too skeptical on all the info floating around the net.I just don’t get this from Toyota. Not enough power, not many would dare modify the first cars that are built due to reliability concerns. It will take at least a year or 2 before tested and safe aftermarket tunes and accessories will be available, then Toyota will can it due to poor sales figures and then they say there is no market for a sports car like the Supra in today’s market...I wonder why? I’m not trolling just frustrated lol.
This may be just a language issue here ( I see you are posting from France), but AFAIK this car will not be getting a transaxle (which incorporates the differential and the gearbox in one physical unit). The gearbox (manual or auto) will be mounted directly to the engine. So, no manual for neither BMW nor Supra? Maybe because of the transaxle which is only available as automatic? There are rumors of M8 being RWD only transaxle.
No ne parle pas Français. Anglais s'il vous plaît.concept post-production, j'aime. Pour avoir discuté avec ceux qu'ils l'ont vue au danemark, C'est proche de certain photoshop et du concept. Comme la lexus LC 500/LF-C
Thats pretty old. Supra93 just posted some new ones.
Yeah, i have no idea what this thing will look like....I just posted what I hope it will look like.Thats pretty old. Supra93 just posted some new ones.
Same here, all I was saying is those renderings from Best Car Magazine are old and they now have released newer updated ones.Yeah, i have no idea what this thing will look like....I just posted what I hope it will look like.
Wasn't there talk at one point about high end models in hybrid form? Maybe they'll shock us all with an additional 100 HP and torque to the rear wheels with electric motor assist for a total of 485 HP. That would make a $60,000 price tag believable.Sammy82, have you read through all the posts? I think many of us made assumptions on the final car weight and hp etc. and were disappointed by what we read, me too, but many comments have also been posted saying that much of the info is incorrect...So I am feeling pretty postive and will remain optimistic until we know the details for sure...suggest you do the same...shouldn't be too much longer in about 21 days... but who is counting ha ha...
Time will tellNot to be a downer, but that would likelylbe easily $100k and would be on par with the GTR in every sense.
