LMFAO. Are you kidding? Have you ever heard of a dealer of any car maker not having oil or an oil filter for a current model car? Like, ever? As far as my experience goes, this is unique to Toyota and the Supra that they clearly have no idea how to deal with.

This is the second major dealer that hasn't been able to service my Supra because they didn't have what was required. Unless I've randomly come across the two worst Toyota dealers in Australia, there might just be a bigger problem at play.

I mean, where do you think these dealers have to get their parts from?

No I am not fucking kidding. Your dealership’s part inventory is managed by themselves, nothing to do with Toyota Aus. Don’t lump them together. Call up other dealerships for parts if they fucking don’t have it, go sell your car and jump ship to Beemmm since its BMAF anyway

The fucking oil filter, apparently. And even better.. they're having to get one in from interstate just to do the service. Toyota is an absolute joke.

Yea I tried grabbing an oil filter from Toyota at South Morang and was told they would have to order it in. I'm not surprised by anything to do with car manufacturers and dealers anymore. When they can't get a numberplate centred and level in in the plate recess and can't stock an oil filter for a model they sell it's time to give up on both. I'll be glad when they get rid of dealers altogether and just go to selling cars online only and get rid of the local importers as well. Just order it from the home country. It's not like there's an advantage to the local infostructure, all they do is throw roadblocks and suspect workmanship at you.
