Thinking about getting pure 800/850 on my A91. Question is does the pure turbo have a louder de spool?

So basically Im thinking about getting the pure 800 or pure 850 for my 6 port supra. Im currently catless + some bolt ons and was wondering if anyone on this forums has a 6 port supra has the pure 800/850 installed and can tell me if the turbo de spool is louder. We all know that the s55 engine with upgraded pure stage 2 turbos sounds badass but I was wondering how the pure turbo sounds on the 6 port B58. If you have one please submit a sound clip of revving. Thanks!

I like the simplicity of the hybrid turbo setup.. but... Gahh, I've just always wanted the aesthetic of the top mount setup since falling in love with the MKIV platform.. so I think I'm going to end up going top mount at some point. Buy nice or buy twice?

In my personal opinion it all depends on if you have the funds to support the big turbo. I’ve wanted a big turbo setup for the MKV for the longest time but I looked at my wallet and it was empty. So I decided to go the hybrid route!

I don't own one, but if you search around the Gen 1 B58 forums it has a good rep. Pure used to he a great option but recently a lot of people have had their turbos blown. Pure offers a replacement, but getting a blown turbo is risky at the end of the day, especially if you're getting your stock turbo bored out.
