Wow I bought mine in January 2020 and mine came in the nice normal leather holder with user manual. service interval book, and warranty info.

Mine came in a crappy plastic foldable folder. Not like my Lexus where it came in a nice leather folder.

Mine came in a clear plastic bag in the glove compartment. I did some searching on Ebay and came across a leather binder from a 2007 Highlander. $10 shipped.

I some how got 2 with my '26. But of course both are slightly too big to fit in the glovebox (you can cram it in if you want). I thew one in the pocket behind the seats.

The leather portfolios are not standard. They are opt in by each dealer which is why some get them and some dont. GST, SET, and TMNA regions all have different portfolio programs btw... so a portfolio you get in one region wont be the same as other regions.

My old Scion tc had a nice, sturdy zip-up case with a full first aid kit, manual, and other documentation. My Supra had a manual in a plastic bag.
