Do you guys think used A90 prices are going to go down by next year? Thinking of getting a 2020 W/ 3k miles for 56k. Is this a good deal or should I wait because before the pandemic these cars were going under 50k. Thank you!

Not a Corvette.
I bought my 2020 Launch Edition at the end of November, with 1500 miles on it for $58k. It was in storage for 2+ years. Perfect, basically new condition with the protective plastics still on the screens, sills, floors.

$56k for a non LE 2020 seems "okay" in this climate, if it's in great condition

I just picked up a '20 - non-premium w/ driver's assist and JBL for $57k. It only had 1800miles. I know the prices could drop in a year's time but I wanted to scoop up a '20 garage queen while I could.

Based on what I’ve heard from working in the automotive field (not a dealership) and from various forums. This is expected to be the same for the next year at least.

Agree - as long as the chip shortage is still plugging up the manufacturing lines, that impact will continue to have a downstream lagging effect of at least 6 months. Read an article that some in the industry expect supplies to start easing up in Q3/Q4 this year. Interest rate hikes may also slow the used market as bowring becomes more expensive.....

As long as we have covid, prices are still going to stay up. If i were you, I would snag a supra before production ends. These Supra are going to sky rocket. The performance for money is a steal in today’s market.

I bought a 2022 3.0 premium w/ carbon mirrors for $56.5k.

Unless you want a 2020 so you can tune it, I dont think its that great of a deal.

I wanted to tune and reduce risk of oil consumption, so I bought a 2020 Premium (non-LE) in November 2021 with 9,900 miles for 54,995 precisely with the idea that the used prices will hold for at least a year.

My thought is that:
- chip shortage will persist for a while
- when car companies are able to ramp up production, the Supra won’t be at the top of that list
- people will be crashing theirs

All keeping supply low for at least a year. *fingers crossed*

I see couple of 2021 also in the mid 50k. Pretty sure these cars are going to keep this prices for a long time. Maybe drop a little if the 400z start sales but not sure

Got a '21 with <1500 miles for 58.

Basically new car price but did not have to wait 6+ months.

Dealers are still asking substantial mark up here when they get one on their lot (6-7k).

It will by next year for sure. If you're planning on keeping the car long term I say just stay in it and get a decent deal on it. Focus on your loan amount and interest rate more then anything. Credit unions are still offering scary low rates. PM me if you have any specific questions

I hope these prices go down by late this year, as someone in the market for one its def not a buyers market. I plan on keeping the car long term so I might just focus on getting the best deal now on a 3.0 Premium and not wait. Leaning towards a 2021 seeing as 2020 prices are almost as high as 2021, I know there are pros and cons to that.

I think I may pull the trigger on a 2020 just because of the 2021 oil problem. Price wise 2021s are only usually 1k more which is a good deal though.
