Going to be logging my progress of my car in this thread. I've been shopping around for my first proper sports car. I come from a huge VW background, having previously owned a MK3 Golf, MK2 Scirocco, MK4 R32 and my current daily I've had for 8 years a MK6 GTI. Earlier this year I tried out something a little different, my first RWD car and something not german for once, a NB Miata. I really enjoyed it but it didn't have enough power for me to really have fun on the back roads. So I got rid of it after only a month.
I kept playing with the idea of maybe picking up a new sports car but didn't really want to. I looked at Audi TTs, S3s Cadillac CTS-Vs and even a few Corvettes. Then I went and test drove a Supra and walked out with it in less than 2 hours.
June 4th: Purchase day
I've been loving it ever since and planned on keeping it stock. I took it out to the track and it ran a 12.44 at 110mph.
July 6th: Titan ProTune installed. Made a HUGE difference in driving the car, everyday driving around the rear end loves to get loose and can really feel the power. Took it out to the strip and it didn't really translate much to the quarter mile. Car ran a 12.3 at 112mph. Not bad, but not too impressive. Still made street driving a ton more fun.
July 14th: Installed a ton of stuff from Versus Engineering. Fluid caps, Heat shield, Resonator delete, Diff cooling plate. Overall fit and finish of everything was really nice, they packaged it all very well and shipped it all very quickly! Overall very happy with them.

Custom Multi-function gauge. I currently run a P3Gauges multifunction vent gauge in my daily driven GTI and its very nice to have. It displays boost, coolant temp, Air/fuel ration, Intake air temp, throttle angle, ignition timing, Exhaust gas temp, etc all from your OBDII. I contacted the good people at P3 and they said they currently don't plan on developing one for the Supra as they are not receiving a lot of interest. So I'll be taking things into my own hands and making my own to replace the drivers side AC vent. Due to the fact that I run a titan protune the boost and timing taken from the OBDII will not be accurate. Luckily P3cars already has a boost tap made for the B48/B58 so Ill be using that with an analog receiver to get accurate boost reading directly from engine.
