Went catless with AWE touring... Such a mistake, suggestions?

Update: installed the Vibrant 1795's Resonators in the same spot as awe does there 12" resonators, all the 12's were out of stock, but the 18's still made it a lot better, I do wish it was a tiny bit louder but the resonators will break in and hopefully be perfect! it is still louder then the awe touring with the stock downpipe, prob 15-20% louder a little more rasp, and louder shifts, and just sounds meaner, but for some reason my burbles are all still messed up, tried OEM setting on the BM3 and it was wrong, tried ots today, still wrong, gonna have to make some custom settings for the let off overrun I like.

I’m running AMS catless with AWE Resonated Touring it still has some rasp.

I’ve learned to just accept it, alternatively If I were to do it again I might have went HFC...

Let me know if you need anything. Here is my preferred application for each of our systems:

TrackLeast ExpensiveStock DP and OK with some interior volume. Drone likely with catted DP, but livable if it's not a daily.
TouringThe most popular optionStock DP and Catted DP it works well. Catless DP will introduce Rasp.
Resonated TouringThe Quietest option with stock DPStock DP - OE+ sound level
Catted DP - Perfect to me
Catless- best option for catless DP

With all turbo cars, the DP is an amazing muffler from the factory. Getting rid of that restriction will certainly bring an entirely new set of acoustics into play. This is where our resonated Touring will work hard to reduce rasp and cancel drone, but understand, we design these system to still achieve maximum performance gains, so mod with caution.

sooo are you selling the catless then?
I was going to swap it for HFC but the vibrant did the trick! it is def on the quieter side of a catless setup but louder then catless with stock exhaust and the tone is just amazing!

Just want to note that even with the stock exhaust, installing the AA catted downpipe introduced some noticable rasp. It's just what happens with any higher-flow cat on these cars. Having the AWE track installed this week and will report back (and grab some sound clips) with what it sounds like.

Resonators are a must in awe. I had that and switched to vr to have the button for my wife lol

Note that I turned Active Sound Design (fake engine sounds) off before taking this clip. Overall, it's quite loud (video doesn't do it justice), rumbly, pops and crackles like gunshots at times, and has a very deep tone. I absolutely love it - reminds me of the Porsche 911 GT-cars.
