And a lot of muscle cars aside from Hellcats and Demons I guess.
You'll probably be ahead of almost any Hellcat long enough for it to matter. Spinnin' ain't winnin' and spinnin is all Hellcats do on the street. Even at the track, they are barely faster, and that's with launching on an ideal surface.

The Durango HCs are a pain from a dig because of awd, but they have the aero of a brick.

I'm 100% accurate when I tell you that you are not doing a 11.5 1/4 mile with a 100% bone stock supra.
11.5 @ 112mph even...

If you have a 2021+, Everything with a trap speed under 114-115

if you have a 2020 111-112
Don't fall into that trap (no pun intended)

Lots of AWD cars will trap slower, but have faster times than you'd expect. Trap speed is an indicator of HP, but not always of elapsed times, especially with street cars on the street.

Curious to know, as I recently got my Supra I’ve been getting a lot of attention on the road and I’m still getting used to it. As of lately muscle cars, Nissan Z’s, etc are always trying to race, but I always just minded my business. What can a Supra beat or keep up with stock for stock ? Just curious
To be honest, it's not very often you'll come across an unmodified performance car....especially someone trying to street race you. You'd be better off assuming that everyone else is molded because they usually are.

Unless you live in East Bum fuck Idaho, population you, there is always someone out there that will beat you. Until you own a koenigsegg, an SF90, a P1, or similar just accept that you’re not the fastest.

TLDR always be prepared to be humbled by any car. You know what you're packin, you never know what the peep in the other car is.

A bigger question might be, how are your abilities to keep the car on the road?
Not trying to disrespect you man but there's A LOT of salvage title Supras for sale out there.

If I may suggest, the BMW Car Club of America sponsors track days with in-seat instructors. A guy will physically tell you go faster, brake now, turn, etc as you drive. Cost is $300-$600/day and you log roughly 100 miles on America's best race tracks.

And it's amazing because you take those track skills with you - no matter what car you drive. :D
+1 - Driver training eludes many here. Get some training first before modding any part of the car. Install knowledge and some skill in your brain.

not a typical race but I beat my buddies C8 3 pulls in a row from 60 to 120.... I left it in 3rd grear one quick shift to 4 th....the turbo just needs to be putting out all its boost and this car moves. This car is just as fast as my maual c7 was and it was 460HP. The throw on the Supra is so much better as well. I can chirp the tires shifting to second no problem.

Beating another vehicle has so very many factors, driver skill, road conditions, tires, etc, etc.

Am I the only one who doesn't mind if someone else wants to do a little drag race on a public road and lose. It's fun regardless of who wins or loses, just do so in a safe manner (meaning on an empty straight road).

There are loads of cars/drivers that you will be faster than and quite a few that will be faster than you.

But if you are just doing a comparison based off professional drivers I'd probably just use the reviews from the big car mags to determine who is fastest to 60mph, quarter mile. I'd also use the Car and Driver lightning lap historical times to also showcase how fast a car is on a track.

I agree with fast cars and higher power builds, but from my experience it's been pretty accurate for slower cars (under 120 mph in the 1/4) from a roll and i've gone head to head with dozens of different makes and models in that range when my MT supra was stock.

Let’s not forget that unless we know what oil each car is running any comparison is meaningless.
