Wheel hop?!

Hey guys, I’m asking if anyone has a fix for this issue? My car either roasts the tires or hops like crazy? Help a guy out!

Yes. Solid aluminum differential mounts. They eliminated 100% of the wheel hop during hard launches and when juicing it coming out of low-speed corners. It was a big complaint of mine as well. I bought mine from SPL Parts.

Mine disappeared when I did the SPL rear links (traction link + upper arms). I’m sure solid diff mounts would fix it too, it’s all about reducing flex in the drivetrain.

Same fix as any other RWD car:

Replace all the rear control arms, harden the diff bushings, run a stickier compound and air them out a bit.
