I’m running the Euro Eibach Z4 Springs.

They are a bit less aggressive with an even lower of .8” front and rear.

I also have BMS spacers. 10mm front and 13mm rear.

Zero issues with rubbing.

I refer to it as oem plus.

I have spacers installed with hr springs. No rubbing no issues.
Ik this is an old thread but I just came across it lol… how do you like the ride comfort compared to stock? Is it a bit too much or not a very big difference? Thanks!

It's not bad at all. Not extreme it's a nice in-between

There’s always MSS, which are stiffer than HKS, and are also height adjustable. Not too stiff to me at all

I set mine to -20mm in front and -15mm in rear because I want to focus on handling ability over looks. I’m already eyeing SPL suspension upgrades and sway bars as well.

Debating on if I should install my h&rs or sell them. Don't wanna do all that work and have that massive front drop. Then drop even more when they settle in. I should'a gone adjustable from the beginning.

Or go with the Eibach Z4 springs. They are perfect.

Running Swift lowering springs with 10/13mm spacers. This is the fitment with OEM wheels and tires. Perfect height and comfortable enough for daily driving. Also no issues with rubbing on and off track.

H&R with 13mm front and 15mm rear spacers. No rubbing. Don't get the wheel rock guards since that will cause rubbing and a horrendous noise.

I have no experience with the other options but I’m loving my RSR Super Down Springs! They are comfortable as I’ve made multiple 4-9 hour trips on them. I definitely recommend these springs and I would wholeheartedly purchase them again!

Agreed. As soon as I got home from installing my MSS HAS setup on my Supra, I bookmarked the equivalent set for my M4 CS. I like that I can tighten things up and choose to leave it at stock height or slam it down pretty well.

Did you have any issues getting everything into spec alignment wise? I’m thinking of getting these or the RSR Sus

No Sir! Everything else in my car is absolutely stock suspension wise and here are my alignment specs:

I have 15mm spacers f&r and Swift springs, I scrape on a good amount of things now but no rubbing issues
I have the same setup -- with no added front lip, I'm not scraping too much. But then again I don't drive the car daily. The swift springs are definitely a more aggressive drop then H&R's.
