Why do all aftermarket rear bumpers look the same? Anything different out there?

I'm looking for an interesting aftermarket rear bumper, but it appears that almost everything out there is basically the same shape as the stock bumper (or close to it) but made out of carbon fiber... So boring. Of course, it's much easier to manufacture a new product that mirrors an existing product, so it makes sense, but it'd be nice to have something that doesn't look like a carbon version of the stock rear bumper. Also, they're not diffusers - they're bumpers that actually do the opposite of directing air purposefully, and they have no positive affect on performance. Those fake strakes kill me - looks like all the new family cars and SUVs that also have silly fake diffusers on them!

Anyone see anything unique looking out there that they like? Any functional with a built-in diffuser?

I like their diffuser, but I don't think it'll work with my Boost Logic exhaust. While I'll eventually pick up a diffuser that works with my exhaust, I'm more interested in finding a rear bumper that looks at least a little unique.

Check out the INGS N-SPEC Rear Bumper. That's the only one i've seen that looks different compared to the stock one.

Have one custom made so it really is unique?
Wouldn't it be cool if we could see our fancy exhausts? Like how some supercars use different kinds of metal mesh at the rear to help release pressure build-up and heat. I've actually thought about buying someone's old stock bumper and some nicer metal mesh of some kind to see what I could come up with... An oversimplification, but basically just cut out the middle-ish of the bumper length-wise and replace it with the mesh I've shaped over something. Unfortunately, there's actually not much to see behind it.

Supercars also have the engine back there... slightly different ;)

Oh shit, really? I was wondering where the "heat" I mentioned came from, but now it all makes sense. Is that also what makes all the stinky smoke come out the back? ;)

It's still nice to see the things, especially if the things are fancy.

Kind of surprised I haven't seen someone do it given how popular it is on other cars. I know Jackie is rocking the rear bumper with the sections behind the rear tires removed.
