AWE Foilers. Not exactly the prettiest things but just work so, so good and I feel look the closest to something that could have been there from the beginning. Maybe a little paint, clear coat, and some elbow grease will make them truly blend in.
Feel an honorable mention needs to also go to BimmerCode if you would consider it a modification.

the difference a simple tune makes is always my favorite modification.
A close second is a quality exhaust

My favorite mod is by far the exhaust, good sound is number 1 for me, then the tune, crazy power, third the wheels, 4th sway bars and springs helped so much with body roll, and then the steering wheel from my company

Got a link to those steering wheels?

My favorite is the steering wheel. Completely changes how the car feels, its just so comfortable

Or the Seibon wing. It didn't truly look like a Supra without it, and its by far what I receive the most compliments on

I’ve made a significant number of changes to the car that have made improvements over the stock car, but if I had to pick the most substantial upgrade it’s got to be the front brake calipers. I really found the stock brakes pretty disappointing, even with much more aggressive pads, but I bought Neo Motorsports F501 6-piston brake kit and it’s made an enormous difference. If I had the cash I might have gone for AP Racing’s brake kit instead, but it was over double the cost so I took a shot on Neo and have been very pleased (I would not recommend their brake pads however).

My wheels with HKS springs - Titan7 TS-5 19x11 rear and 19x9.5 fronts.
Love all my mods, but I think the wheels are the best with lowering springs right now.
And the first mod everyone should get - anti-buffeting mod.
