Anyone managed to source these in the UK?

I fancy having a go at simply creating some myself out of black Kydex as they look to be similar material?

I'm going to have a go and I'll report here. They need to look pro otherwise they'll be obviously DIY and look terrible.

I've already made the templates and ordered the plastics for the prototype - I'll offer these as kits on here if it works out for UK/EU people. I've designed these slightly differently but these are simple. Its getting the OEM look thats going to be key.

Just need to find the right length socket-head hardware now as I've used screws and a few washers- but here is my first prototype.

Works well - it uses different length nylon spacers to orientate the correct fitment and the great thing about these flaps (ooer) is that I have drilled slots so you can move the guard more outwards or inwards depending if you are running wheel spacers.

The plastic would be ideal cleaned up a bit as its not stamped/laser cut as I simply it out with a Stanley knife.

Fronts next (easy)

great start ... obviously black 8mm bolts and washers would tidy it up.

i think to bottom edge on yours is better than the ZL1 !!

if you want to distribute i could do with a rear set .. ( my arches are getting really chipped) happy to pay !!

Thank you - I'll get a rear set done and I will be in touch. Just looking at carbon sheet version too!

Hardware is a pain as M10 1.25" length socket head self tappers are proving hard to find....
