I have a 2020 with 2300 miles on it now, I bought it a month and a half ago with 1400 miles on it and I have the same exact issue as you! It makes the same noises as you described when I first drive it for the first few miles each day or if it's rained or gotten wet. It makes a car horn sound as you are easing to a stop and it's annoying and embarrassing on a fairly new car.
It's a completely normal thing on performance cars, especially when you live in a humid climate. If you hate it that much, move somewhere with a dry climate, or change to something like the StopTech Z16 ceramic brake pads, as it's the metallic pad causing the issue.

I have a pond in the back of my house that tends to make the carport where my Supra is parked substantially more humid. When I first start driving every day, my brakes sound like a damn train horn. It's quite sonorous.

Yep, mine does this as well with 1,300 miles on it. I picked it up used at 1,100 miles and I noticed the Carfax said "Brakes Checked" as a maintenance entry. I've had a fair number of performance cars before, and my ZL1 1LE has AP Racing brakes front and rear with pads that squeal like none other until they build enough heat, but I haven't had a car do what the Supra is doing. Cringe worthy sound for sure haha

Sounds like a damn train. I need to get the pads changed to something better for sure. I'd like some drilled rotors too.

Yeah mines loud to under the same circumstances, normal for high performance brakes. ( I have a lot of experience with high performance brakes :) )

Only 2000 miles. At first I thought it might need breaking in period but it's 2000 miles now and the noise is not any better. You can hear it from the end of the street.

I haven't checked the pads but the rotors look fine. Could the pads and rotors be glazed or something from the dealership?
I didn't have noise until 26k miles. Seems early

Drilled are nice looking and if you don’t push your car hard or track it a lot, they’re fine. But I had drilled rotors on the 718 Cayman I tracked and it’s the last time I’ll get drilled. They don’t offer any advantages and they start to get stress cracks after a few track days because of the heat. See photos.

Slotted is the way to go!

How's the humidity where you're at? It's very normal for high performance cars.
Long Island, New York and bought during summer. Outside of summer the humidity isn't terrible.

Mine has gotten better. You have to brake hard on these pads. It will still make little squealing noise when easing to a stop so I brake harder and it doesn't make noise. Wet is always going to make more noise. I think it's the nature of these pads.

Man, I thought I was the only one. I cringed so hard driving in and out of a drive-thru a few days ago... also I was stuck in very slow one-lane traffic after a large event where you couldn't escape it and just had to wait ... and every time the queue moved, and I braked, it sounded like I was honking and everyone was looking at me like 'of course the chad supra driver is being a dick' lol

When I step slightly on the brake, like easing into it, it makes the loudest noise. Also It's the loudest when the car's been sitting there for while and especially after the rain. It's funny when I'm leaving places. They stared and then cringed lol!

When I first picked up the car from the dealership I noticed the rotors were worn in unevenly. It looked like somebody at the dealership took it out for a fun drive and hard braking. I might have to take it back to the dealership for them to look at.
Did you ever resolve this or did it get better eventually? I feel like my brakes are pretty squeaky too at 3k miles.

Squealing and squeaking is common of high performance pads. Try a pad bedding procedure to see if it gets better, or switch to EBC RedStuff / PowerStop Z23 and bed them right away.

It's gotten a lot better. It's just the nature of these pads. Just drive hard, brake hard and enjoy. It will get better.
