Go over to bimmerpost. The Z4 will be heavier and have more luxury features, hence a higher rumored price tag. Their insider has said the Supra will come in lower and will be more barebone.

Of course it is. It’s a roadster. Can’t be lighter than the technical same based Coupe. More luxury means more options on interior. First Z3 was too sporty. Last Z4 was too heavy and comfortable. Next Z4 will be best mix of both, sharing parts with the M3/M4.

In direct comparison the Supra will be a little bit lighter and maybe faster, but only a very very little bit. That’s what my glass sphere says.

Tada helped BMW to better the Z4.

I know for a fact that this occurred. BMW was legitimately struggling to keep up with the Toyota team, Tada-San offered considerable help to them in order to do a lot of fine-tuning.
