I think when you install the catch can both for pcv and ccv side of it it should help. As the oil is getting passed through the PCV and the bypass is leaving oil in the intake inlet and Chargepipe. My tuner said it will help and called pure turbo as well and they said it will help.

pure also recommended to get a breather for the oil cap instead and if we can connect or catch can straight to the inlet where you will capture the oil before it gets inside the inlet of the intake.

I ordered the dual catch can from radium. Hopefully it does help Bcz the bottoms of car, the panel is always in oil

Itā€™s not an issue with the turbo. I have 0 smoke coming from the exhaust. Its just the bypass shit on these b58s that has always given this problem
You 100% sure? I have zero issues like this on my Pure. Oil all over the undertray is not a normal MO.

I just watched a YouTube video saying that if you want to get rid of all the oil buildup, we need to get a kit that completed the deletes the PCV system and itā€™s set to vent to atmosphere

I have the same issue. So does other people Iā€™ve asked. Even at start up, I have intermittent exhaust smoke but itā€™s most likely condensation. I always have oil in the inlet and Chargepipe. I have a Verus AOS, with the dual CCV/PCV upgrade. I still have oil and coming out. Switched to 5w30 because thicker oil might help. It didnā€™t do shit. Itā€™s all the same thing. Iā€™m not even pushing my turbo. I have a 92 octane daily driver tune around 500/500whp,wtq.

friends have tried Mishimoto, Verus, ETS, even radium. Idk if we were just all unlucky.

Spoke with pure and titan motorsport. They said to cap it where it connects to the inlet this will also help from oil going into the intake. I guess we will always have oil build up. Since it is a bmw

I mean, I spoke directly with Pure and many tuners. This is normal to have the build up ESPECIALLY on the B58s. Not sure why you think its the turbo. Unless you are more knowledgeable than PureTurbos and the tuners.

Been seeing multiple threads about leaky pure 800's. How reliable is it? Realistically speaking. I'm only willing to hit like 630 whp

No, it is not normal. You are talking to a company that sold you the turbo and would do anything not to have to cover issues with it.

B58's do not have issues with oiling down the undertray. That is NOT normal. Period.

What IS normal is numerous posts/threads about Pure turbos leaking/burning oil.

So far, I have lucked out, my Pure700 does not leak or burn oil.

Double check for leaks on and around your crank case breather tube/fittings. My chargepipe had this issue on my OEM and CTS turbo. Now that I switched to a top mount setup and running an A/N fitting for my catch can system, I have not seen any signs of oil residue leaking in that area.

Perhaps

It is reliable. The oem turbo also builds up some oil in the bottom chargepipe. This process is normal becuase of the bypass from the PCV. The Turbo is not leaking oil at oil its just more oil buildup compared to oem since I am pushing more and therefore there is more pressure

Which catch can set up did you end going with?
