So is this product worth it for a little power gain or nah?
I’ve had it for over a year and the power bump is noticeable. I recently removed it just to see if I could feel a difference going back to stock and it was certainly noticeable.

Take these numbers with a grain of salt but before the install, I was getting between 3.8-3.9 pretty consistently.

With the JB+ I am getting 3.5-3.6 consistently.

Very nice, I use dragy, which 1ft rollout is taken away from results (does show with rollout too but it's not calculated for validity)

Any driveability issues etc?

No driveability issues at all. I keep the dial in the 3 o’clock position and use 94 octane fwiw

Good stuff. Do you have the JB+ at the 3 O'Clock position or maxed out?

Bang for buck I don't think it can be beat. If you are expecting it to be mind blowing then no. It a good compromise for tired of stock power but don't know what route you want to go yet.

At the time these pictures were taken only cosmetic mods. I now have an AA downpipe, too.

I wouldn't say my numbers are accurate - I'm sure they are a little on the optimistic side - but they do serve as a reference for me.

I can't find my slips right now but I will also say that I gained an extra 4-5 MPH at the drag strip. Unfortunately when I went after installing the JB+ the track was not prepped so my launches weren't great; I was still getting the same times (12.2) but I was getting 120-122 MPH (up from 116-117). I don't go to the strip that often but I'm looking forward to seeing what the car can do once I get new tires.

Good responses, guess some people got the cel pop up is my only concern.

Its a pretty basic device. Just under-reporting your boost pressure and letting your DME compensate for fuel. Only downside is occasional hesitation when the DME can't compensate quickly enough.

It is still the best horsepower per dollar of any mod for this platform, hands down. Catless downpipe as a close second.

I agree, something I can get behind.

I guess the peeps that had the problems were either wrong firmwares/not updated batches and or wrong gas.

Hmm I do get the occasional hesitation. Can you explain more about this and would it be worse at max setting?

A few occasions I have been driving and noticed with constant throttle % (around 60%) in 3rd, the additional power would surge on and off a couple times thru the revs. (almost like the tune flipped on and off) This was with the dial maxed out and 3 gallons e85 mixed into 93. It hasn't done it the last two time I've driven it.

I filled up with slightly less E% and we'll see if that helps. If not, I will turn the dial down just a bit.

Most of the time, its smooth. Can't speak for the hesitation on shifts since its an MT.

Edit: drove it to work today, and it is smooth as stock.

Carguy not sure what you are experiencing is JB+. Try unplugging yours and see if you get the same issue with shifting at redline. I have had mine at max for over 2k miles no hesitation at redline shifts. I have even tracked the car twice now with JB+ no hesitation or issues at all. I have been using 93 no e85 so far. The fuel compensation adjustments are written in to a long term trim map after a pretty short period of time. There shouldn't be any hesitation on the DME's part.

In your case I would be concerned you could be nearing the max flow of the injectors with that much e85 mixed in. I would consider backing down on the e85 content only. There may be no real need to back off the JB+ setting.
