I mean.......the same can be said about my decision to purchase an M4 vs. C8, or someone's decision to go MKV instead of a 2024 Mustang GT, or M2 instead of Dark Horse. It shouldn't be mind boggling. People buy what they want. Not your money, not mind boggling.

On that point, I think a lot of new MKV owners will second guess their purchase after running into a 10spd 2024 GT this year ?

If I wanted a Mustang, I could have/would have bought one! If the ‘24 Mustang is faster than my Supra, I really don’t care. I accepted long ago that as nice or as fast as your car or bike might be, there will always be ones that are faster or nicer.

We’ve had Mustangs before (plural). The wife loved it for in town grunt and American muscle. The reality was they were hot (could feel it in the cabin when pushed) and heavy. Granted they were both GT‘s and not the flat-plane crank GT350. Regardless, nowhere nearly as refined as this Supra.

Power to weight was what we were looking for, at a decent price. As a bonus, include tons of delicious torque from this B58 = Supra the clear winner ? Akio Toyoda definitely deserves a medal? for making the best BMW on the market for under $60K

Reality in the car world. If you are faster-- then are you getting paid for it? If not its not worth worrying about. Drive and enjoy. Its your car.

Torque got a boost so they probably don't want to deal with warranty issues that could possibly arise from their FS6R31A manual. While it does have improvements for the new Z, it is still the model used in the 350z.
