Yes, it droned at 3500-4kish RPMs. It's basically a straight pipe from the turbo all the way back to the pass side of the bumper. I think they have a resonated one. I don't mess with that.I know you mentioned this before but I don't recall if you said or not when we were talking about the RK titanium exhaust. Did you experience any drone with that exhaust when you had it on the car for the time it was installed?
Top.Go stock location or top mount?
Oh did you have the single exit setup? I was planning on going with dual I just wasn’t sure if I wanted to go track or signatureYes, it droned at 3500-4kish RPMs. It's basically a straight pipe from the turbo all the way back to the pass side of the bumper. Top.
I did indeed.Oh did you have the single exit setup? I was planning on going with dual I just wasn’t sure if I wanted to go track or signature
I'm going to be using a winch to pull my Supra onto my trailer soon. Since the tow hook isn't centered on the car but the winch is centered on the trailer, what's the best way to keep the car straight? Is it just adjust the steering wheel as it gets pulled slowly or can axle straps be put on the car and then hooked together in the front middle to be pulled straight?

Where's all the logs? Jeff is rarely wrong about boost leaks.Random question, I'm on Ecutek and I used to use Payn for my tunes but the car kept showing boost leak on his end even though the car didn't physically have boost leak. Every pull that I did would result in the car throwing the wg open and dumping the boost.
So last year I went ahead and purchased a tune from another well know tuner that has gone missing off the face of the planet (Marin) and he was able to get the car to not throw the wg open. The car needs a revision though and I haven't heard from his since last year.
This year I had some changes made to the car that fixed a bunch of other electrical issues I was having and now I'm wondering if those issues were causing the ghost boost leak that Payn was seeing and causing the car to throw the wg open.
I want to load one of Payns old tunes in the car to see how it reacts but I'm worried that if that doesn't work then I won't be able to load Marins tune back in because he tuned it via phone flash and I don't have his ROM file saved on a computer and I can't get in touch with him.
Thoughts or advice? Thank you
Here are the last logs that I've sent both, the last one for Jeff was on a very low torque tune so it might not show what was happening but file LastJeffLog2 should show it well.Where's all the logs? Jeff is rarely wrong about boost leaks.
Very interesting on the Marin's tune. I thought there was something off about it for sure. Yeah we smoked it with pressure and were able to find that there was boost leak between the intake manifold and thermal space (CSF manifold and spacer) and we fixed it but that log you viewed was after the fix. Smoked and presured tested it after and nothing came from it. I almost wonder if there was something wrong with that manifold, I changed it out for an EOS one and haven't ran Jeff's tune in it yet. Think it would be worth a try to just throw his tune in and see what happens?Jeff's logs look good and do indicate a physical boost leak or potentially not enough PI (which isn't the case). Marin dumped a fuck ton of PI at at (40+%, and then he is commanding the WG closed).
None of the logs appear to hit target except the low torque one.
How did you determine that there is no boost leak? Smoke w/ pressure?
