A little bit about my background: I am going to tuned my car with BM3 + E50 + AA catted dp, so somewhere around 480hp. And obviously the stock MPSS at the rear axel is not enough to hold the power. And I live in California which means I don't care about wet performance at all and do go to around 3 to 5 track day a year.
1. I see a lot of people when upgrading their tires they also increase the width of it. So I am wondering has anyone tried switch to the exact same tires but wider? For example, from 255 front PS4S to 275 PS4S. Basically I try to figure out should I stay with the stock sizing or not. And I also care about performance on the track.
2. What tires are you guys recommend? I see people praise PS4S, V601, AD09, RT660 but love to know more these.
3. Since I only have this car about 10months my front still have 8' and rear has 5'. Is it going to be a bad idea that I only switch the rear to a gripper tires? I think it might be fine on the street but will make the car much more understeer on track or even spirit drives?
