The most outrageous one from the list has already been spotted testing.
IMHO, this is the least outrageous item on that list. GT3 cars are all the rage rn. Even Ford built one out of a Mustang. Plus, building a race car is so much cheaper than designing and selling a low volume sports car.

The MR2 is the most outrageous claim on that list, by a long shot. It's easy to see how Toyota could cobble together any of those other cars from existing platforms and components -- Mk6 Supra = RC-F chassis + V35A-FTS; Mk8 Celica = GR Corolla Coupe; Mk3 GR86 = modified Mk2 GR86. But I can't see the MR2 happening unless it's a 100% EV, a rebadged car from another brand (MR-718), or Japan-only (kei car). Even their GR GT3 car looks front-engine.

I am still annoyed that Mf Ghost does not have a Supra in it. I hope one will come in season 2!

Toyota doesn't have a convertible in its lineup = MR2

Toyota has the space in its lineup for a high-end halo car = GR GT3

Swap the GR Corolla or Yaris = Celica

Doesn't seem far fetched at all.
They should bring back the Targa on the Supra, the Ttops on the MR2

He didn't even give @Supra93 or the forum a shout out
At least Carscoops did.

https://www.carscoops.com/2024/11/has-toyota-revealed-its-future-sportscar-lineup-in-an-anime/

The animated clip was uploaded on YouTube over a month ago by Toyota USA. This short, blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moment might have flown under the radar if not for a keen-eyed fan on the Supra MKV Forums. User Supra93 spotted the names on the board, took a screenshot, and promptly shared it with the rest of the Toyota enthusiast community

Toyota getting in the Electric motor biz?
I respect Toyota's decision to not go all in on EV's....smart move.

However, I was referring to the turbo(s) being used on their next gen motors. I am not sure which will use Borg Warner and which will use IHI....yet both are in the playbook. I wonder if the high performance engines (GR cars) will get the Borg Warner's, and the standard vehicles will get the IHI's.

Whatever they do with the MK6 Supra, regardless of what the internet wants whether that being a non-partnership car, 4 seats or whatever, it has to be a better car than the MK5 in most measurable aspects. And that will be a tall task for Toyota to do without an engine better than the B58 or S58 for the same price as the MK5. The GR GT3 could very well be a halo Toyota instead of for Lexus now that Toyota has rebuilt it's performance car fanbase and reputation. If the GT3 is let's say 150k, then that could allow more room for Supra to have more development and sell near 80- 100k. And MR2 to fill the 40k - 80k gap. Whatever it's happening we should be excited. Afterall, they could be VW and go from lots of good cars to third tier EV manufacturing in just 10 years.

Do you think the Mk6 will be 6 cylinder + manual still? With or without hybridization?

Not a chance IMO

It's already reported to be a 2.0T hybrid by bestcar, let's see if it'll before reality
