I'm on a pure 900 as welll. I have the same issue with those injectors, Stage 1. I'm also running the FX-400X hpfp.
we couldn't get over 700whp either.

We added PI and now at 852whp

Yes we need more flowing DI injectors I saw your results when talking to pure very impressive ! If we get injectors which flow around 50%-70% more and add some cams and we can deff hit higher numbers !

This is inline with what Dorch told me about HPFP + Injectors. About 700whp.

Yup.
One thing to note. If I were to cam it, they said 800 would be very achievable. Still wouldn't have been enough...

So we are getting closer , We swapped a couple of things

1- turbo currently running the Pure900 shoutout to pure for providing it
2- Catch can system which deletes PCV/CCV by black market racing

We are extremely close to the 700WHP we are running a conservative track tune but it seems like we have found the limit of the upgraded injectors and might need to get a better upgrade to achieve the 700+ below the dyno on pump VS 50% ethanol

This looks good, I’m planning to get the dorch injectors and fuel pump to upgrade the DI. Also planning to do the bm3 flex fuel kit while I wait for their rev2 board for PI in the future. Do you think it’s worthwhile getting a pure900 with just injectors, hpfp and flex fuel?

We are very close to where we want to be however I will mention PI is far more cheap to get more power as of now I’d wait for DI upgrades for now as for the turbo absolutely it’s very good

Just get any ethanol kit that taps into the BDC. The BM3 kit uses the same continental sensor as any other ECA, but they use an anodized fitting to reduce the 3/8” fuel fitting on the ECA to the factory 5/16”. In other words, you’ll end up just removing the BM3 specific anodize fitting if you pair their kit with a dorch fuel pump. See attachment for the Allen bolts that would be removed to get to the bare sensor.

Funny enough, I just did this last night for my dorch install.

On mine I used the BM3 flex kit works amazing I did have to modify one of the hose that goes into this because of the upgraded HPFP

Yo do you have an illustration of what this looks like? I installed the bm3 flex kit on a stock hpfp, but will be doing upgraded one in the spring

I currently have the car ins storage as it’s winter but I have to go pick it up soon I can happily show you , but you have to take out the plastic piece that is the same diameter as the flex fuel line one

S58 or stage 1 injectors get to 90 at around 670 whp. There's a new set coming out from Nostrum that should permit just about (barely) 700 whp at 73. Assuming you have an adequate LPFP and FX400X.

To go beyond that a cam is required.

Nostrum released some upgraded DI injectors for B58 and S58 platforms. 60% larger according to them. Would make this the biggest available injector for our cars no?
