Getting some proper tires for a change. My new 18" wheels won't be here until July since they're made-to-order, so still using the stock wheels.

Nankang CRS 275/35/19 in the front and 295/30/19 in the rear

The van is basically a mobile tire fitting service (who also sell you the tires). They'll bring your tire of choice wherever you are and get the job done. In my case this is getting done while I'm at work.

I tried the stage 2 on track (for one session), found it to be much better but still lacking. Switched to stage 3 between sessions and…. baddabam ? McLovin ? it ever since!! Enjoy amigo ?

Oof, didn't actually think about reflashing during the track day itself to try and gauge the differences.

Haven't done much research about stage 3, but from the little i've read it seems to be a bit too harsh for my setup? Stock trans basically. Am i misinformed?

Yessir. But I have the ZF. So it was better suited for me. Still smooth as hell, doesn’t’ shift too late in normal/comfort mode and could actually be used in fully automatic mode when in/on track mode.

He also has a ZF 8spd. All auto Supras have the ZF 8spd

I’d hope so, lol. You got me. I didn’t remember or read back. I’ll have to put in more due diligence next time.

And it was a great suggestion on your part to do so, using stage 3. Apprecyatit master Labs!!

Ok so I've put in an order for a few parts. Gonna take about 3 weeks for them to get here though

APR GTC 300 wing (67")
APR splitter
SPL rear traction arms
SPL endlinks, front and rear (still on OEM sways)
SPL rear upper lateral links

Also picked up an Ark exhaust.

Track season will likely end at the end of this month. I'm still going to continue working on the build to get it ready to compete in the time attack series right after summer ends.

I do want to slap on a pure800 just because it's fun, but I'll probably pony up for a manifold first. So I'm going to start doing some research. Recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Got the Ark exhaust on. Those are some big tips...

We couldn't figure out why the valves weren't working when toggling between sport and normal. They were always open. My friend used app (bimmercode? not sure) to close them and they would close for a second and then open back up.

Installed these Powerflex engine mount inserts. The solid (black) ones are a bit too harsh.m These still add some NVH at idle, but nothing i can't live with.

This is really silly, but i also added these soft CR door inserts. I like CF (ish) and really don't like the black plastic vents. Leave me alone

These were the alignment settings recommended to me by a UK-based suspension shop.

Was going to zero toe in front....and now i'm a bit unsure.

You’ll need to fully turn off the nannies to really know how it feels. Otherwise she’ll grab at the slightest rotation. Even with only 0.5mm toe out up front made a huge difference for me. The car became way more lively on track with a much faster turn in. If it’s for the street, absolutely zero in the toe or your feel her wander on the highway.

Appreciate the advice man.

I do drive the car on the street, but i'm not that fussed about how it handles there vs how it handles on the track....within reason of course. Theres' a reason i'm not going with solid bushings all around.

I track the car with VSC fully turned off, so there's that.

isn't 1mm toe out in front a lot? Also seems like a bit more rear toe-in than i would have expected, but not by much i guess

I run 2mm toe in the rear each side. It really makes the car stable with the power I have.

Also really depends on how you like the car to feel and how you drive.
