Did you do a single press or long press on traction control button?

Maybe the ECU is cutting the throttle due to traction loss?

My guess would be that you're IAT's are too high. Momentarily hitting temperature targets too soon. Are you still on stock manifold? Pictures of the intake? I've noticed majority of aftermarket intake boxes leave gaps between the panel and engine bay allowing hot air to flow in. I mean it shouldn't make a huge difference in temps but at 35psi on stock manifold could be the issue. I did notice you are 10-20 degrees higher in filter temps compared to stock. Are you on a custom tune? I can't find IAT's logged. Try adding that channel along with "charge temps pre-throttle" and relog see what you get.

Yes, stock manifold, Verus 2 port heatshield. Intake temps on the log show 117 deg F at the point it dips. Ambient about 90 deg F.

OTS tune on Ecutek.

I don't feel the drop in throttle which is weird too.

@afree

Throttle is closing to regulate boost as you are going over target boost. This isn't bad but custom tune could help now that you are changing hardware. FYI, OEM tune does this A LOT more, throttle is used to help regulate boost.

IAT doesn't close throttle. It reduces timing + load target.

Main thing that triggers throttle closure is going over target boost and load.
Ah i see. Though it was a combination of the of the 2. Assumed it had to do with temps since he noticed it after the intake install.

This makes a lot of sense. I did notice it was going over target (which I thought was a good thing with the new intake over stock) but didn't think it triggered anything to regulate it or when it would kick in depending on how over target it is. Thanks!

Is the 98% throttle throughout the rest of the range also regulating boost (should be 100% for full throttle I would think)?

98 is full open throttle as commanded by the DME. It will be this max unless your tuner changes this table. I have seen no difference between 98-100.
