Should i replace the tire or try another shop?

So I got a flat tire becuase of a nail, took it off and brought to firestone, but they said it's too thin to puncture from the inside, should i try another shop or replace with new tire? They're quite expensive

It's completely flat now, sounds like plug will do the work
