I currently have Eibach Euro lowering springs, but considering changing to the MSS Sport Adjustable springs to dial in the fitment and add stiffness/handling. I'm wondering if the increased stiffness will be noticeable and worth the sidegrade? Not really interested in coilovers since I want to keep the electronic dampening and don't want to spend 4x as much on them.

Nobody can answer that question for you because MSS does not publish spring rate data.

I've offered multiple times to calculate spring rate versus compression curves for people (all you need is a tape measure and some digital calipers) but nobody has taken up my offer

That is because it requires too many steps for us mere mortals

I have MSS, and can only compare them to stock.

They are definitely stiffer than stock, but in normal mode it’s not as noticeable. And on rough roads, normal is still very comfortable to me.
