Start looking at dealers in surrounding states or Midwest. I got my 24 MT for $1k off MSRP. If you’re on FB, there’s a group no markup Toyota and I’ve seen Supras posted there.
I am also in South Florida. Very difficult down here, I found we receive fewer cars than other parts of the country. I was set on what I wanted, so I searched nationwide and made a deal in Pennsylvania while car was still in transit. Including enclosed shipping, it was still cheaper than anything down here because of all the crazy fees they want here even if they agree to MSRP.

Check out the Gulf region of Toyota dealers. I got mine from Mississippi and had it shipped (enclosed) to me in NC. No markup, just straight sticker.
There are deals out there. You just have to find them farther out. Use the Toyota inventory feature on the site. Create an account. Add the Supras from around the US and Toyota will email you anytime there is a price change. Start emailing them to get OTD so you can see which ones have unnecessary fees. Start working the price on them. If they have been sitting for a while I’m sure you can get some more $$ off.
