Better Solution for an Intake Duct

It replaces a dead section on the manual but in the autos (premium in the US?) that dead section is where the radar is located for the adaptive cruise control.

If canards are interfering with the radar, they aren't canards. Radar is in the right grill. He probably meant to say his parking sensors on both sides are blocked by his canards.

Yeah i don't know how any of that works....i installed the canards and my cruise control stopped working. I don't really use any of that stuff so i really never even thought about it beyond...."eh maybe they're linked somehow". Got the error on the screen and just shrugged and kept going.

I emailed the admin about authorizing a group buy, waiting to hear back.
After hearing everyone's feedback it looks like a lot of people just want black plastic, so I'll make 2 versions available. A cheaper "all plastic" version that anyone can afford. Then a premium carbon fiber version for a bit more. The plastic version will be made of the same material as the inner duct.

SO uh..Anyone know if us Radar folk can keep Cruise Control (generic version) w/o the radar functionality? I don't need mine and like scoop.

Would this require disabling / removing anything on a manual car? It has driver assist package but manuals don’t have the adaptive cruise control. Just not sure if it would impact collision warning or lane keep assist.

for MT cars, all the systems you mentioned are part the camera unit in front of the rear mirror assembly. nothing is in the front bumper.

I absolutely love this, amazing engineering sir, well done. Watched the video and wow. Only issue is on my premium as others we have radar etc, I would like to keep all functions. This though is something I would possibly be willing to sacrifice the radar for.....maybe.
