The absolute cheapest Intake Manifold I could find online, want some thoughts on it if anyone has tried or even seen it before.

Ok fair enough, as you were. You are adequately qualified to speak on this and you are doing a great service to the members of this community by providinf them accurate and factual information for them to make the correct decisions.
Hey, let's play a game. This might be hard for you to do but just follow the arrows, ok?
Let's pretend this is 40lbs of boost traveling at 200mph or 400mph.
Would you call this improperly designed?

I guess the real question is, "How bad can it be?"
Hasan. I'm about to have an aneurism. This is by far the funniest comment of them all.

I own a shop, we install all of these, we have data, we have some B58 world records with ths manifold, and we have many other cars with other brands. But ok, as you were. You continue,.

Yea............no you don't. Nice try though
Last time i checked the 1/4 mile record for the A90 Supra platform at TX2K X58 class sits at 7.49 seconds with a trap speed of 194 mph. Driver Mike Kainovic on a A2A intercooler with an Apex turbo tuned on a Motec

This is probably you

Hello sir, i didn't state a 1.4 mile ET record. It is a world record for hybrid turbo/ stock location horsepower record.

this is our shop and every single of these cas has a different brand of intake manifold, including the ones you are advocating. here is a bold statement, they all work the same. Tell me when you ready, I will show you data. My data and I really don't car which manifold we sell.

The point I am making is that I don't have an agenda for a specific brand. Only for data. The world record P900 car made 897hp runs low 9's and 60-130 in 4.2 at 6000ft elevation with the chinese manifold and has been running it for a while. So have other cars in the shop. and other cars have RK, EOS, CSF, Wagner etc. We have them all.

Technically, 99% of the manifolds have that inner hump because of the oil filter access design. That said, some are obviously not thought through as well and come into the airflow more than others. Here is a Wagner (a manifold I have shared a ton of data around) for reference:

As usual, I'm seeing a lot of talk and trustmebroisms in this thread, and next to no data.

That P900 car's data is impressive for drag racing but drag data and road course data are two different worlds. Dyno pulls don't simulate the cumulative heat cycles of relentless hot laps. Can a budget manifold make peak power? Clearly, yes. But high-end manifolds stand out in IAT recovery times, structural integrity over thousands of miles and perfectly balanced runner airflow so you don't run a single cylinder lean. If the goal is just short bursts, budget options might get by but sustained performance is where brand (engineering) matters.

Yes very valid points, we have run for about 5 events, probably about 40 1/4 mile pulls. Our altitude and heat is extreme. so yes, I agree probably need to get more sample data over a longer period of time. having said that, we have 6 cars runnig low 9's with that manifold.

Now do that over and over and over and over, lap after lap after lap after lap after lap for 20+ minutes, not just once for 9 secs.
