Sounds like I finally got an allocation for a 3.0 premium in stratosphere at MSRP. I ended up switching to a new dealer and they were able to get it on the first round of allocations.
The other dealer I was working with had a deposit since April of last year and they still don't have one.

This is probably someone's car on here but I saw it posted on reddit so I'm not sure who's it is. Purple looks amazing on supras. I was really hoping they were going to offer the thundernight metallic color for 2023.
They didn't announce anything about the 2023 model until April last year. There's still a few months before you hear anything about the 2024 model probably.
Same. If I don't get an allocation soon I'm probably just going to buy a 2018 M2 to keep for a year or two until I can find a supra I want.
I put down a refundable deposit in April and my dealership still has no allocation. At this point I'm not going to have a car this spring unless they get...
Called a dealer that is going to have exactly what I want delivered in a few weeks but they won't let me reserve it without having a car to trade in on it.
Buying from Toyota dealers is such a pain in the ass.
Toyota said they're 2.6 lbs lighter per corner than the original wheels in the 2023 press release. That would put them at:
Front: 21.6 lbs
Rear: 22.7 lbs
I'm not sure if anyone has actually weighed them yet.
Car and driver updated their review with their test numbers. They're the first magazine I've seen publish 0-60 and 1/4 times for the manual supra. The results are pretty much exactly what you'd expect.

As long as you're honest on the form when applying for a quote its super easy. They showed up, quickly inspected the car and drove it around the block then handed me a check. They were here for less than 20 minutes before I was handed the check. They didn't even bother to open the hood up...
I really hate how Toyota does their "ordering" process. I put a deposit down the first day they announced the manual back in April and still haven't heard anything.
I need to follow up with the dealer this week though. Just sold my other car to Carvana for way too much. No idea how they're...
Burble tunes were never cool and definitely aren't now that every Focus ST you come across sounds like a machine gun when they let off the throttle.
They ruin cats and honestly just sound bad in general. The exhaust note on deceleration is so much better than random backfiring.
I really wish...
