Next year could be the last of the Supra or it could carry on for some time based on their direction against going EV and continued manufacturing of all vehicles.
2025 would be the last year of the Supra/Z4. MT is already the mid cycle refresh. I’m excited to see what other minor updates til we see the final edition.

We need a Hakone Green GR Supra with the Cognac interior.

That would be to die for.

Car and driver updated their review with their test numbers. They're the first magazine I've seen publish 0-60 and 1/4 times for the manual supra. The results are pretty much exactly what you'd expect.

Manual 2023:
60 mph: 3.9 sec
1/4-Mile: 12.4 sec @ 114 mph

Automatic 2022:
60 mph: 3.8 sec
1/4 mile: 12.1 sec @ 117 mph

The disparity in trap speeds is interesting; I would have expected the MT to MPH the same. Also noting the editorial says 115MPH while specs say 114.. Actual end user results will tell the tale, though.

The variability in their testing over the years provides some interesting insight.

In the latest test of a 2022 AT supra (12.2 @ 114mph) that C&D performed, it was beaten by the 2023 MT to 130 MPH.

MT: 16.1
AT: 16.6

However the 12.1 @ 117 test your referred to was actually the 2021 supra which pulled a 130 of 15.2 in a different track and location.

It's entirely possible that one of the MTs can pull a 117mph trap, i'm looking forward to more variation in testing... It seems to me that the manual might pull slightly harder in gear. These cars are closer than we think if the MT driver is a 10/10.

2023 Supra GR A91- MT SE (CU Later Gray)
I traded in my ‘21 Supra GR last month and was able to secure a ‘23 MT Special Edition (CU Later Gray)

I do not daily drive it and have driven it up to 500 miles so far. Initial impressions after taking delivery and driving home were pretty much “This is how the Supra should’ve been made initially”
