Iâm not suggesting we jump the line. Youâre correct that some cars sell for more. Itâs not about that, itâs about the customers theyâre courting. We arenât Toyota buyers and weâre not the usual customers. Toyota wants us and knows who we are, it would behoove them to consider that weâre used to a level of service equivalent to the premium Toyota experience (Lexus).I understand where you guys are coming from but dealers are not going to revamp over one low selling car. My service department writes up on average 250 cars a day and 320 on Saturdays. 90% of those cars are done the same day.
I had a bmw come in for a recall on the screen brightness 2 Saturdays ago. I had at least 5 cars on my box ahead of him. He waited his turn.
I donât work in sales but doesnât the land cruiser cost much more? They donât get snacks or water either.
