Since I have an allocation for the 2022 Supra 3.0 Premium with Red Interior. I was wondering if I am able to still get that color option if they stop the production early to start the 2023. I do not see Red Interior as an option for the 2023 models. Did Toyota remove Red Interior?

Yes only black interior. My guess is with all the supply chain issues the fewer options the better. It's such a shame comparing to bmw where you can actually place a custom order and has a ton of options to choose from.

I would say it's to make the A91-MT cognac leather seem more special and exclusive. If it was supply chain, how is BMW able to provide tons of options?

Nah, it's just a way of pushing the brown A91-MT's interior. It's just the same strategy they've implemented on the 86, pump a ton of basic options as 'special editions' to get people in the door.

It isn't as if they have to find red cows so something... that would make driving through the midwest a bit more interesting though! lol /s

It isn't a supply issue as the only difference it the color of dye/interior paint they are applying. As someone in that industry, there has been zero issues getting that stuff throughout all the covid. In fact, the only hiccups throughout was the fact with our PPE being sought after be everyone else.

If your not familiar with the process AMMO NYC does a pretty good entry level video of it.
