I thought the Integra was supposed to be a hatch/coupe version of the Type-R?!

This looks more like an ILX "Type-S"

The engine and manual transmission are the only parts of this car that fit with the name "Acura Integra".

The car itself looks like a TL or Maxima. Barf.

Even if the first three generations came in a four door variant Acura knows damn well that the only one anyone who remembers the Integra cares about is the three-door hatchback.

It's a chance to see a manual sporty car that isn't a crossover or SUV in the Acura lineup again so that's good... but this is a total lack of effort and passion on their part

They need to make this in 2 door. Offer a 4 door if they want, but 2 door should be available just like the old one. I know Integras aren't meant to be a full on, "real" sports car but rather a sporty coupe due to FWD layout, but at a minimum to compensate for that it should have the sleek coupe look, idk.
