new world record @ 672whp/625wtq

Honestly Im super impressed... This is literally 3 parts and a tune... Downpipe, Bolt on turbo, Meth system, and Tune. Thats some insanely cheap HP per $. 300whp-350whp for maybe $4k?

Granted those numbers are race gas. But 625whp on pump gas is no joke either. Now im curious about longevity

This is pretty awesome! I would be happy with just the upgraded turbo, DP and tune.

Once all of the tuning bugs are sorted out and the right torque converter combo is available 9's will be right around the corner.

672whp....with drivetrain loss at 10-15%, that's what....772hp at the crank?....with only 3 F@%king bolt-ons!!! Simple math, 1000hp - 772hp = 228hp. Who here believes this car cannot make another 228hp without exploding???...please raise your hands.

...boy, I really love living in this fantasy land ;).

I don't think anyone doubted the motors capability to hold power. I'm worried about other things BMW's are known to have issues with... electronics, oil leaks, alternator bracket seal failure, coolant leaks, etc... All these add to the reliability of the car. I'm hopeful this car is as reliable in the long run as our mkiv's have been. Other than that, I'm excited to see these cars making power with simple bolt on's and tunes

Wow. A reasonable MkIV owner. What a sight. By the way my intention wasn't to be snarky here.

Have any of you guys seen the shit show that's going on right now in SupraForums? :spaz: I actually get a massive amount of satisfaction seeing those hoes crying LMAO. It's not even 2 months and we're starting to crack into the 750 hp mark. It took the MkIV years for it to reach that level and even longer for 1000 hp. Granted, technology wasn't that advanced back then, but damn these people are still hating.

They're still stuck in the past bitching about the steering rack issue.
