Update : with 28.4 E60 we got the following dyno numbers the higher is E and the lower is pump we don’t wanna push more because of transmission we deff need intake manifold and transmission

On pump it’s very conservative as I don’t want to push car that much on pump I deff can but no point .

Why are you losing 100whp from 6-7k and 200wtq from 5.5-7k? That turbo shouldn't be running out of breath there at all.

Also, if you are concerned with trans, take that huge torque hit out of the tune, because your aero has nothing to do with your trans issue. That will suck on track anyway.

The pump gas curves look 1000X better.

From what we saw because he didn’t want to push it it was over boosting since there is no load messes with duty cycle so that what we were able to get without pushing things to break however turbo has way more but I don’t want to risk it

Your E60 tune makes no sense to me..

Your HPFP crashed during that pull, hence the boost drop and the power drop. 126 is max HPFP degrees. It's maxed right from the onset, you can see the 126* max and the pressure drop clear here in the log:

So it's the tune or did the HPFP crash or both?
Too much boost for ethanol level in the lower RPM. HPFP maxed out and crashed. ramping up the boost as the RPM builds is a way to get around this. HPFP has a harder time keeping up with demands in lower RPM as the spinny bits aren't spinning so spinny.
