Do you need rain capability?

Michelin cups are a waste of money for street use. Hell, they aren't even great on track for the money unless they are the R versions.

If you want sticky non-drag tires for the street, with rain capability, I would look at:

Yoko A052
Bridgestone RE-71RS
Falken RT660
Goodyear Eagle SuperCar 3

^ in order of stickiness and rain capability

This is also based on my knowledge that you live in Florida where it never gets cold.
I don't mind driving on R compound in the rain and maybe I should just consider that 🧐. But I'll def look into the others under 200 or less tread wear, when they're back in stock.

You'll find that most of the super 200's, like the first three on that list, are actually faster than the 100tw R-Compounds that have been around for awhile now.

Many good suggestions on tires. Be sure to consider they will need some heat for optimum traction.

Also 500+ torque plus sticky tires on a dig = oh my axles they snapped why?

I stuffed Michelin PS4S 295/45/18 in the rears and they hook rather well at 500+ hp. At this power the car will spin just about anything though

Whatever you get, run a wider rear/front tire for as much traction as possible. Preferably 275 in front and 305 in rear at least
Depending on your wheel size
I ran a square 275/35-18 setup on Maxxis Victra RC-1s and they gripped like spiderman on track. Then I hit the custom tune button, wow. More squirrelier (is that a word?) for sure, but on track, who cares. It was manageable and fun as 💩! So yeah, I bet with that kind of hp and on street, you’d definitely want bigger rear tires.

Just put on a set of RE-71RS (275/35/18 FR & 295/35/18 RR).
The traction is much improved vs the previous tires (255/35/19 FR & 275/35/19) Yokohama V601’s.

Now I’m sure the increased width plays a small part, but the difference in compound is the main factor here.

Car is running MHD stage 2 93 OTS tune.
