From my discussions with dealers, they will allocate all 300 units in 2019 but actual deliveries will be spread over the next 12 months. It is after all, the 2020 Supra.I have read mixed reports on allocations, so are we getting 300 units in 2019 or over the next 12 months?
If over the next 12 months they will be a rare sight in Aus and no deals on pricing for sometime to come.
Have you gotten a call yet Ryley?I'm guessing so. They will always be a low volume model so I wouldn't be surprised if it never quite makes it to a dealer like a conventional model
Yes, Belinda gave me a call last Friday. I ordered a black GT which arrives September. Toyota Australia have one person (Belinda) doing every booking. I think they were being ambitious with a 4 day contact time.Any other Aussies get the call?
I know some of the people who specified the matte grey have been contacted, but no one else?
Really? 15 minute phone call, 7 hour day. Should be able to contact 100 people in 4 days?Yes, Belinda gave me a call last Friday. I ordered a black GT which arrives September. Your math is spot on. I only spoke with her for 20 mins and asked the basic stuff. I did read on Go auto news that Toyota decided to make it 150 in the first round. I'm sure Belinda doesn't work weekends either. Still it is a painful wait. I don't want to spoil anything but there is a little present involved as well. Can i ask what colour / grade you chose?Really? 15 minute phone call, 7 hour day. Should be able to contact 100 people in 4 days?
PS, congrats on the new Supra!
