Just an update. I ordered the pmu999 exactly 2 weeks ago from Blackhawk and just got a notice about shipping. Says they’ll be here tomorrow?? Haven’t got a tariff bill yet.
You pay it, boyo.got a tariff bill for $67. Will be here today. Can’t figure out how to get jp to pay it.
You pay it, boyo.
she got in a motorcycle accident but seems to be doing pretty good, i follow her insta she has a lot of really cool motorcyclesWonder how the OP is doing?
Wild that even with the Tariff, two front sets + one rear set is still less than just one set of F/R CSG pads.My order results from BlackHawkJapan to USA shipped via UPS. Ordered on October 23rd and shipped on November 4th. It was for 2 sets of PMu 999 Fronts and 1 set of Rears. If you're signed up for UPS My Choice you'll get an email saying you can pay import charges online and it saves you from paying the $12 Cash on Delivery Fee.
Subtotal $483 ($161 per set)
Shipping $93
Government Charges $52.65
UPS Brokerage Fees $23
Total $651.65
Still cheaper than getting club racers from Evasive which would have broken down to:
Subtotal $837.90 ($279.30 per set)
Shipping $24.50
Tax $84.08
Total: $946.48
That was my calculations too... Couldn't justify the high premium of CSGsWild that even with the Tariff, two front sets + one rear set is still less than just one set of F/R CSG pads.
I only ran the endurance CSGs (most expensive ones) and didn’t like them compared to the P mu 999s. Probably their race pads are better? Regardless, that really sold me on the 999s after that. I have 2 sets to sell to local friends. They punch way above their priceThat was my calculations too... Couldn't justify the high premium of CSGs
If you are even remotely fast, they won't be enough pad.Curious if anyone has tried the lower bite N+ or HC+ from PMU?
As in they fade? The temp range says they are mostly the same (which does seem dubious) and the Mu is also similar. I ASSumed the N+ and HC+ were closer in style to the RSL29/GLOC R8 and would be worth a try while the 999 would be more in the DTC60/70 range which I always found to be too much initial bite.If you are even remotely fast, they won't be enough pad.
