Cup holder retaining clip

One of the three retainer clips inside one of my cupholders broke as I pulled a cup out of it. It's not a big deal since the other two clips are still doing a good job of holding cups steady, but I'm curious if there's a way to replace or repair the clip. It's just the plastic part that broke off, as the spring is still intact.

Replace them.

Not too expensive to replace. Ignore the circle, just using this picture as reference. You can either replace just the cup holder or the whole arm rest. Both pretty readily available on eBay.

Sounds like a perfect job for JB Weld. I used it installing the inserts for my Toyota cigarette cup holders in both of the slots that I’m pretty sure the cup holders are now structural components of the car. ; )
