ECUTEK to MHD? Possible?

So I have an interesting situation…

Brought my 2020 Supra for custom E50 tune and XHP flash. I keep getting drivetrain malfunction and car just goes into Neutral any time I drive for a few minutes. I believe the ECUTEK tune and XHP are clashing when it come to the torque. I want to flash my car back to MHD and get rid of this headache since neither XHP or my tuner is very helpful and I can’t drive my car. Anyone know how I can flash Ecutek to stock and if I’ll need to unlock ECU again?
Would like to add I’m also on E50 half tank so not sure how to handle that, as I can’t drive it off to burn gas.

You have a trans issue or something really funky with the tune.

Get the car on pumpgas and flash back to stock to see what the car does.

If everything is OK, find a new tuner

What if he bought the car already tuned? How does he flash back to stock or data log what’s going on? Asking for me

You'll need a ecutek interface https://www.viscontituning.com/products/ecutek-ecu-connect-bluetooth-interface

This will let you log the car, you'll need a stock file from you tuner if you want to flash back to stock.

Solid advice in this thread. Don't make the mistake of stepping backwards to MHD. I'm on MHD now and pissed they're slow as fuck with updates that I'm switching to ecutek when funds permit and not looking back.
